Greetings from Gainesville, Georgia!

The past two weeks have been filled with community, rest, anticipation and celebration.  Before I share my exciting news with you, here are a few glimpses into what I’ve been up to:

Tuesday, April 26th

My dad and I spent the first part of the day driving to pick up my sister, Lauren, from the Kansas City International airport.  She had just spent the last four months living and snowboarding in Breckenridge, Colorado, celebrating her recent graduation from the University of Missouri.  Thankfully our family was able to spend the evening together before I flew out of St. Louis that same evening.  Laughter was had, and tears were shed as we said our “see you later’s.”

Friday, May 6th

A couple of friends, Morgan and Rajesh, and I spent the afternoon driving from Gainesville to Fitzpatrick, Alabama, to celebrate the marriage of our good friends, Austin and Lindsay.  We spent Austin’s last night of singleness reminiscing over past stories and rejoicing over the occasion in a cabin in the woods.  And we’ll just leave it at that.

 Saturday, May 7th

Austin and Lindsay tied the knot as they committed to one another in front of close family and friends.  The weather was perfect, and the evening was full of celebration and dancing.  For those who don’t know, I spent 8 months on a team with Austin while on The World Race.  I am blessed by his friendship and so proud of the man he has become.

As I said, the evening was full of dancing and celebration.  Below is a K-Squad reunion picture taken during the reception.  Take some extra time to enjoy all this one has to offer.

The past two weeks have flown by.  Support has been coming in from so many places and people over the last month and a half, and I find myself in awe of the generosity of so many people and of the Lord’s faithfulness throughout this entire fundraising process.

I am overjoyed to share with you that 90% of my goal has been committed for the next two years that I will be in India.  And because 90% of my goal has been reached, my plane ticket will be purchased shortly for sometime in the beginning of June!  I am so thankful for all who have supported and prayed and advocated on my behalf during this season, and I look forward to sharing this adventure that God has in store with all of you.

I would love to be 100% fully funded before I leave.  To get there, I need $130 more in monthly support over the next two years.  If you would like to partner with me financially as I go to be the hands and feet of Jesus to the unreached people of India, feel free to contact me at ryanbentch@adventures.org, follow the “Support Me’ link on the left side of this page, or visit adventures.org/dynapay.
